Tropical regions with a temperate climate and heavy rainfall throughout the year cover approximately 40 percent of the earth. And there are many plants that grow endemically in these regions and conquer the hearts with their taste. Pineapples and mangoes are the most well-known tropical fruits worldwide. Especially tropical fruits, which are rich in minerals, vitamins, and carbohydrates, are also very useful in terms of healthy nutrition. These fruits, which have a rich nutrient source, are increasing their popularity day by day in Turkey. Now we drink pitaya juice or consume kumquats other than bananas and pineapples... Tropical fruits in Turkey, which are mostly grown in hot climates such as Antalya, Alanya, and Gazipaşa, are about to reach an economically important value in these years. Banana

Everyone thinks of bananas first when it comes to tropical fruits that grow in Turkey, of course... Banana requires a hot climate and moist soil. It is produced mostly in Anamur in Turkey. It helps both digestion and bone development thanks to the many vitamins it has. It is also known to be good for cardiovascular diseases in the long term.

Pineapple

Pineapple fruit, which accelerates metabolism, is widely consumed in diets. It is grown in the Aegean and Mediterranean region even though its cultivation is limited in Turkey. This tropical fruit, which is quite sweet, is rich in vitamins. In addition, it is also very rich in calcium and iron.

Pomelo
