BBQ Chicken Wings
One of the first recipes that spring to mind when it comes to BBQ chicken is the chicken wings. For BBQ chicken wings, which are a delicious and satisfying option for lunch or dinner;
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- A pinch of rosemary
- A pinch of thyme
- Black pepper
- Salt
- 3-4 tbsp. Jr. SousChef’s Organic Barbecue Sauce
Preparation:
Mix olive oil, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, salt, and Jr. SousChef’s Organic Barbecue Sauce in a deep bowl. Add chicken wings and mix, then put on the lid and place in the refrigerator to rest for a few hours. Then place the marinated chicken wings on the baking tray so that they do not overlap and place the tray in the preheated oven at 180°C degrees. If you wish, you can BBQ chicken wings on the grill or on the barbecue.
BBQ Potatoes
The barbecue sauce fits perfectly with potatoes, one of the most popular vegetables. For BBQ potatoes, which are easy and practical to prepare:
Ingredients:
- 750 grams of potatoes
- 250 grams of Jr. SousChef's Organic Tomato Purée
- 1 medium onion
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3-4 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and spices
- As much Jr. SousChef's Organic Barbecue Sauce as you want
Preparation:
After washing the potatoes, peel, and slice as potato wedges or as French fries. Add spices of your choice, such as olive oil, pepper, red pepper, and mix in a large bowl. Add the sliced potatoes to the bowl and blend all the ingredients. Place the sautéed potatoes on the baking tray in a preheated oven at 180°C. Chop the onions and garlic finely. Add butter to a pan and roast the onion and garlic until pink. Then add the tomato purée to the pan and cook by stirring occasionally until thickened. After cooked, remove it from the oven and add as much barbecue sauce as you like to your baked potato slices. You can serve the potatoes and sauce separately if you like. (You can also use the same recipe to make BBQ pasta.)
Sautéed BBQ Chicken
For sautéed BBQ chicken with its unique flavor;
Ingredients:
- Half a kilo chicken breast
- 2-3 peppers(optional chili pepper)
- 2 bell peppers
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Black pepper
- Chili powder
- Chili flakes
- Cumin
- Curry
- Salt
- 3 tbsp. Jr. SousChef's Organic Barbecue Sauce
Preparation:
Chop the chicken, pepper, onion, and garlic into julienne. Sauté the vegetables chopped in a large pan in butter. Add chicken and olive oil into another pan and roast until it releases juice. Add the roasted chickens to the vegetables you sautéed and stir. Add barbecue sauce, salt, and all spices and cook for another 5-10 minutes after roasting for another few minutes. You can put it on a serving plate and serve it with pasta or rice.
Sautéed BBQ Meat
For soft and delicious sautéed BBQ meat;
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of veal
- 1 medium onion
- 1-2 peppers (optional chili peppers)
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Chili powder
- 2 tbsp. Jr. SousChef's Organic Barbecue Sauce
Preparation:
Chop the meat into cubes. Pour the oil into the pot and add the meat that you chopped into cubes after the oil is heated. Cook over low heat and put on the lid of the pot. Stir the meat occasionally. Chop the onions finely. After the meat absorbs its water back, add the onion to the pot, and roast. After the onions are pink, add 1 glass of hot water to the pot, and continue to cook until the juice is completely absorbed over high heat. Chop the peppers into julienne or dice them, and add them to the pot. Roast until the peppers are tender. Then add the salt, spices, and barbecue sauce, and roast for a few more minutes. Serve with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
BBQ Chicken Fillet
For both delicious and practical BBQ chicken fillet:
Ingredients:
- Half a kilogram boneless chicken fillet
- 2 glasses of red bell pepper
- 2 medium onions
- 5 cloves of crushed garlic
- Half a glass of olive oil
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Half a tsp. curry
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. chili flakes
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 2 tbsp. Jr. SousChef's Organic Barbecue Sauce
- Salt
Preparation:
Chop the onions in half-moon shapes and put them in a large pan. Crush the garlic and chop the bell pepper into julienne. Add the bell peppers and garlic chopped into the pan and sauté with olive oil. Chop the chicken fillets into julienne and roast them in another pan until it absorbs its juice back in butter. Add the cooked chicken to the vegetables in the other pan. Sauté vegetables and meat together for a few minutes, add spices, salt, and barbecue sauce and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Your meal is ready to serve. If you wish, you can offer it to your guests with lavash.
